    Acquired through a "Clean Ohio" grant and contributions from the City of Kent and Portage County, the Preserve is at the heart of the District's water conservation and protection efforts. Volunteers and students will assist in the 66-acre site's ecological restoration and biological monitoring while learning about native habitats and water conservation.
